How can you sell insurance when you do not answer phone. Lazy people. All about money.
horrible insurance company.. has taken over months to resolve a simple matter.... first two times I called the women on the phone were highly rude and when I asked the woman to speak to me in a respectful tone she stated that "she had to be assertive to deliver the information about insurance"....takes them over a week to fax a W9 back.... their policies are ridiculous for no reason

As I suspected, the Liberty Mutual Presidential Team never got back to us and they had YELP! delete any reviews from the Facebook group that showed Liberty Mutual in a bad light.
