As I suspected, the Liberty Mutual Presidential Team never got back to us and they had YELP! delete any reviews from the Facebook group that showed Liberty Mutual in a bad light. Maria Gonzalez or Kristen Byars, CLU ------(kristen.byars@libertymut… ) both reportedly said they were processing the Claim , then nothing .
