Best insurance policy on me ..
I'm a senior and I don't drive over 25 miles a month I haven't had any tickets or accidents in years and yet Liberty Mutual has raised my rates 45 dollars to the point where I can't afford to keep them so I had to find another insurance carrier which I have found and I'm paying only about $5 more than what I was originally paying. Liberty Mutual is a joke I wouldn't recommend them to anybody don't be a fool.
Not sure people really look at reviews here but I gotta warn everyone that Liberty Mutual was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any Insurance company, My car was struck by a mail truck and the driver admitted fault, after not totaling my car it was sent to be repaired and took over 6 months to be returned after they spent $21,000 to fix it, that is not an exaggerated number I was livid when I saw the final bill, liberty mutual did not reimburse me for my rental car and forced me to pay my 1000$ dollar deduct... read more
Their home owners policy was good but when you have an issue like hail damage and they have an estimator come out they need to have their programming updated to current day prices because everything was way underpriced for what they wanted to pay versus what they should be paying
