This is our second time to use Arpin Van Lines for moving. Both times they were excellent. Starting with Tom Gallogly who did our estimate on the phone by going on line and looking up our address for the real estate listing's online pictures. He viewed the pictures as I went from room to room and discussed with him what was in each room. He was within 400 pounds of the other two estimates. On moving day no communication from movers or company with us as to when movers will be at apartment. We left several messages no response
A three hour move turned into a 7 hour move. The two movers were fantastic but the truck they were assigned broke down 3 times. We had to ask for a break on the cost it they would have just charged us for a 3 hour move as quoted even though it took over double the time. I would never recommend them to anyone!! Very unprofessional!! I would give them no stars!!
