Angry to say the least. Just got a bill from Privia ssying I missed an appointment when it was CANCELLED by staff. I am not paying $35 for a STAFF ERROR!
5/26: their office location has moved to Graves Mill Rd. The building is nice however the HealthPlex makes it complicated to be checked in for yiur appointment. You have two separate check in locations that you have to stop at prior to your doctors office. I hope that changes as it does add extra time before you make to your doctors appointment.
