I bought a truck from them little over a year ago, also had them do several repairs on a car. The couple very small issues that came up with the truck with in a few months they took care of free of charge. The repairs on the car also seem to go well. I would not hesitate do do business with them in the future.
I have done business with Liberty Motors ever since they opened, 10 years ago. I have purchased two vehicles from them and have had other family vehicles serviced by them. I have always received the utmost respect from them. They even drop me off and pick me up from work, so I dont have to find a ride, while they work on my car. I still kick myself for going to this place. I went to get a few things done and it ended up being a total hassle. The first time I went I wanted a new front left tie rod, headlight bulbs replaced, oil change and tires rotated. They quoted me under the dealership cost for the replacement bulbs (the dealer said the bumper had to be removed for the process or I would have done it myself). I had blown up the engine in my truck (or so I was told). I asked Spence to find me another one. He found me a nice truck but he only deals with one finance agency (Linn County). They turned me down because the truck wasnt collateral enough to cover the loan. Spence offered to buy my old truck for \$500.00 but when it came time to write the check he would only give me \$400.00 It took him over three weeks to get the paperwork right to buy my old truck. Awful, these people only care to take your money. They refuse to help you out at all. I have stopped by to ask them to look at my check engine light as their add states twice in the last year , they refuse unless I leave the car with them overnight so they can charge you. They will also sell you bogus deals like 4 oil changes for \$30 total, just to get your car in there and mess it up. I would not recommend them to anyone.
