Absolute worst experience ever. Kevin will take all your personal information, run your credit (which shows on your credit report), and then will not call you back. Not only did he make a hard inquiry on our credit, but I'm very concerned about him having all my personal information. Kevin never called or emailed us back on the status of our refinance, even though we attempted to contact him multiple times over multiple days by various forms of communication. I was in the process of working on their loan when they left me 2 voicemails and a text message within a 5 minute time frame on Friday and told me not to bother calling back. I explained to Jesse that with their unique mortgage pay history, having mortgage lates within the past 12 months, that I was working on finding a lender that could do his loan and accommodate us since having two late payments within the past year makes it a little more difficult to find a lender.
