Probably the smoothest transition into a new home I have ever experienced. The home itself was so clean it may as well have been brand new. The neighborhood is about as family friendly as one could get, with multiple neighbors coming over to welcome my family immediately upon arrival. Charles came out on a Sunday to fix our garage door. He was fast, problem solving and got the issue sent to the right people to get it handled! While at our house he went above and beyond to make sure everything was safely secured for our family! He’s amazing!
Charles is one of the many great maintenance techs for this property and the most recent one to do some home repairs. Each one I've met has been polite, professional, and efficient, making maintenance requests easy and stress free.
Charles was great! He explained every issue with my dishwasher and replaced it in a very efficient time.
