Best housing we've been so far, We lived in 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Big room with family room and extra room for our kids and a dining area, kitchen, washing machine area. They fixed our AC because it wasn't working, and sadly its in a bad neighborhood....
I am surprised this housing community doesn’t have a plethora of low-star ratings. I joined a neighborhood group for this neighborhood and I’m flabbergasted by the posts. We are coming from San Diego and lived in neighborhoods run by Liberty. We were expecting the same level of service however, that is not the case. Liberty in San Diego is light years ahead of this community in customer service, SECURITY, amenities, maintenance response time, and cleanliness to name a few. All in all the housing itself is very nice especially based on the comparative prices and availability of living on the economy. The biggest gripe I've had with this community is the safety. On a daily basis there are security issues and threats to the safety of the residents due to paper breaking into homes or vehicles. Non-safety-wise complaint is lack of activity for the older kids.
