Very quiet and clean neighborhood, staff moves quickly to make repairs with a smile
Staff is really nice and Jennifer was super sweet and very helpful but….the roaches/water bugs we had just weren’t suitable for our family. And the A/C always acting up and being really hot in the house was definitely a turn off
I give one star because the maintenance people do care and try their best & some of the people in the office, but this is ridiculous. My family has been here for about a month & within this last week this has to be the absolute worse home I’ve ever had. Water bugs are common, but these two new issues is a hell no especially because all I do is clean all day. I’m finding mice feces behind my furniture & under my cabinet.
