Ms. Val Alailefaleula was awesome! She was extremely kind, patient, and explained the entire process very thoroughly to finish our PCS to Camp Pendleton. Val kept us informed and updated about everything regarding our house and our paperwork making the entire process so easy! If you have her as your coordinator you’re in great hands, she really highlighted what being a professional looks like!
I am thoroughly impressed by how professional and easy going Ms.Valelei is at Edson housing office. She is always there to help with a smile and friendly conversation.She deserves a raise and a gift basket! My work orders are always fixed in a timely manner and everyone who has come out to work on things at my house has been super nice! Keep up the good work guys

My experience over the past 3 years at Edson has been amazing. My wife, our son and our dog enjoyed our time here. The maintenance staff were exceptional; conducting themselves professionally while fixing issues in a timely manner. The management staff was outstanding. I had one great contact in particular with a Ms. Valelei Alailefaleula. She was very courteous and personable. She made feel less like a tenant and more like family.
