My family moved out the Edson Community on Camp Pendleton April 2nd 2025. We were told fees would be sent to us if we inquired any. For months we’ve been waiting around for some sort of notice from Edson community and never received one. My husband called in May and the housing district stated they were waiving the fees of $264 and some change for us. Val was amazing to work with today. She helped me and my husband get the ball rolling for move out. It’s been wonderful living in the Edson district. We definitely recommend Val for anything Liberty related as she has great communication skills and process things in a timely manner.
