If I could give a 0 I would what a horrible place to live. When we first moved in we were told that everything was up to date and nice. The staff are nice, but not very helpful when push comes to shove. The trash company hasn't picked up my trash and they are days late. When I called the housing office they just keep telling me that the trash company has told them they'd pick it up, "today." It hasn't happened. They need to follow up with the trash company and demand our trash be taken so it isn't stinking up our neighborhood. This has happened multiple times. Water service disrupted on Monday June 9th to isolate a leak. Full day of zero water to the house, followed by a temporary fix to water supply. At first glance this sounds like things are moving in an acceptable direction, however the details are the devil. The temporary water supply, which was deemed as NO customer disruption, was provided by connecting 3 garden hoses together for each of the houses needing water which connected the exterior spigot supply to eachother--- for my house i had a splitter (1 to 3) on my outside ... read more
As multiple other reviews have stated before me, just BEWARE OF YOUR MOVE-OUT PROCESS. We lived at Mira Mesa Ridge, the units themselves are lackluster for the price you're paying. They take ALL your BAH and honestly I would say the units are nowhere near worth that amount. The interiors haven't been touched in probably over a decade. Liberty Staff in charge of throwing events is so great to the community but the leasing agents in the office DO NOT GIVE A DAMN about how their actions affect their tenants. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau for review. Would not recommend ANYONE moving here. They try everything to make you pay on the way out during an extremely stressful time. Need to have documentation of everything done to the house to proceed with an exit exam. Do NOT trust the office to keep ANY records.
