Lived here from JAN23 to APR24. I would say this place it worth it compared to other properties, the price is alright especially for the area. Eastlake is a nice area but can be pricey. Rent increased by $200 in the year we were there but still did not take all my BAH which is a huge bonus. Maintenance is responsive to our requests. I'll update this review depending on what charges they give me on my move out.
Great apartment complex at Bonita Bluffs, maintenance is efficient, friendly and very kind. Unfortunately our specific unit has had a leak, but the maintenance man Alex is very speedy getting things done. It would be nice to have two parking spaces per apartment, but there is guest parking available as long as you don't hog them continually. Other than that the place is great.
