Very helpful staff, we recently moved out and I had an important Package sent to my old address at Coleville housing and Kristina H. got ahold of me, personally sent my package off to my new address in Texas! That was above and beyond service!
I really enjoy the staff at Liberty. Every time I have an issue at my house the maintenance men are always courteous & kind. I have enjoyed the events that Liberty have been putting on monthly.
Very friendly and helpful! When maintenance made a mess in my house they even came to help clean. Love the events they've been doing as well. They've also been really great about keeping me informed especially when we were displaced and making sure we're doing OK!
Current Staff is nothing short of amazing. They are always available to help with any issues. No matter the issue it is usually solved within a timely manner and the staff always ensures to follow up to make sure you were satisfied with their service. Even the events they hold for the residents on the base are fun and full of great prizes even for the kids. I love living here and so do my kids.
I previously wrote a negative review on the Coleville military housing regarding quality. Since then and much communication, support, and improvement, I’d like to resubmit a positive rating. I’d also like to shout out a couple of employees who have exceeded standards and care of residents. One being Collie, who is the sweetest thing on earth and genuinely cares for her residents. Second being Johnathon with maintenance, whom always stops us out and about to check in and give our pups some extra love.
