Move in date March 17th. By March 18th I had 3 work orders in for my dryer not working (was working prior to moving and only moved from yucca valley), shower handle just straight came off and couldnt shower, and the vent in the bathroom not working. According to Housing, having clean clothes isnt a pressing issue. The issue is how you allow someone to move in to a home with these issues. Or any at all. And then saying i need to wait 1-3 business days for the issues to get fixed “maybe”. Great first impression.
Today, Kris Cox assisted me with getting my sons's Electric car to our house when it broke down in front of the leasing office. Thank you so much Kris for going above and beyond to help me with a tow lol your amazing !!
Today, Kris Cox changed my toilet and did an amazing job. He was very professional and courteous while performing the job. 10/10 service. Thank you adobe district and Kris for the great service.
Today my tire got flat. (Im a single parent so didnt have anyone to call to help) one of the employees named Kris came and helped/ taught me to change a tire. Im so very great full, with his help I was able to get my kids from school on time.
Had an absolute blast!!!
