My experience was the best customer services I have ever received. Mrs. Lachelle Taylor was a great host and provided great insight for first timers living in Base Housing. Kris was great as well. Provided on the spot maintenance when needed. Really looking forward to my stay here.
Liberty isn’t the best, however their maintenance team is. Whenever I put a request in they fix it ASAP unless they need to contract someone else to do it. Kris works in my district and he always goes above and beyond to fix my issues. Very glad he is apart of my district.
Lachelle and Noella were great to work with from move in to move out process, definitely recommend!!
Lachelle was top-notch! Open and honest with communications and meeting all timelines. She made this move in very smooth!
Today I accidentally locked myself out of my car somewhere on base, which also contained my house keys. I went to the office to get assistance in getting my house unlocked; Kris, a maintenance technician, overheard me asking for assistance and immediately offered to handle the situation. He legit saved my entire day from falling apart, thank you Kris for your service!
