Housing is dated. Also maintenance is absolutely horrible they don’t have actual professionals it’s just a bandaid crew. Took weeks to get them to my home and they foxed one issue but the other immediately happened again. Prices of moving out and they will charge you out of this world pricing if anything is wrong. If there is a hole in your yard they will charge you over $100 To fix it. On top of that the staff is completely incompetent. Recently moved in and received an automated email asking to leave a google review. The housing provided was not cleaned, there were maintenance issues such as electrical outlets not working (Over %50 of the outlets in the home) which is a concern as far as safety goes, one of the toilets has plumbing issues and backs up if flushed, there is a hole in the ground to what seems to be a pipe that was covered up by vinyl flooring.
