Edward arrived on time, identified the problem which turned out to be a wiring problem when unit was originally installed. A/C working as expected now with house guests arriving this week.
Edward was the technician. He was on time and courteous throughout the process.Drainage system needed to be purged and cleaned. Filters were also replaced.
The fixit person arrived when he said he would and got our air conditioner running. Unfortunately it turned itself off again after an hour or two of service. Called him back and he found the trouble and fixed it again (no extra charge). Is running well now and very glad to be cool in this hot weather we are having.
Liberty Mechanical has been my go to HVAC company for 10 years. I have always experienced great service and knowledgeable technicians. Today was no exception. Edward quickly determined the cause of the AC not functioning and quickly remedied it. I learned a lot about how my HVAC system works today thanks to Edward’s instruction. Highly recommend Liberty Mechanical!
