I am extremely happy with the service at Liberty Mazda! This is the first time I purchased a vehicle and actually walked away happy and stress free! When we were asked if we wanted a different vehicle or additional items for the car, etc, etc, if we said no they did not pressure us. This was a great experience! Wanda is AWESOME!!!!! Great dealership, good customer service, excellent vehicle. My experience with LIberty Mazda from test drive to sale was excellent. The one down-side of the transaction was closing the deal with the finance manager at the end. It took longer than usual to get to him, which was an indication of just how popular this dealership is.
Recently purchased a cx 9 from liberty mazxda. Great car at a grreat price. Highly recommend working with sales associate David Hypolite. He made the process very smooth. Five Stars!
Terrible service department!! If you have anything fixed/repaired or even a simple oil change, be prepared to have to bring your car back or have it towed back due to the lack of competence. I would never recommend this dealership or model maker to anyone due to its unreliability. I have had multiple bad experiences, this review is not based on one bad experience.

We went to Liberty looking for a pre-owned Mazda CX9. The one we were counting on had some problems, and Ken Hicks was extremely helpful in helping to select the perfect vehicle for our family, which turned out to be a new red CX9. He was very patient in the decision-making process and made sure that delivery went smoothly also. I would recommend the dealership and Ken to anyone.
Within a week I found the car I wished to buy. After trying out numerous econ-class cars, I found the Mazda 3 to be my favorite.
