Often come here for Zonnic n have had pleasant experiences w the staff. Though my interaction yesterday w/ the new assistant with curly hair n wears glasses felt noticeably passive-aggressive and unwelcoming. Really hope she takes this feedback appropriately.

It was quite baffling that Maria (maybe: Pharmacy Tech), seemed untrained when I asked specific questions about medication for a particular ailment. Not a regular at the pharmacy, but I stopped by ‘cause it was the closest location and hoped to get some clear, practical guidance. Instead, her response consisted mostly of technical jargon and fairly surface-level information, which unfortunately wasn’t very helpful. Not entirely sure whether she’s a pharmacy technician / a pharmacist, so I don’t want to misrepresent her role.... read more
