Lived here for almost eight years, been late on rent once. Now they give me a 60 day no cause eviction notice, half the outlets in my apartment are upside down a quarter of the other ones the plugs fall out. Everyone I've talked to about this says its sounds like they want me out because I'm only paying 685.00 a month for a two bedroom and they can kick me out redo the apt and charge 800+ like everyone else who just moved in.
Terrible Service – I have lived in one of the apartment complexes owned by Liberty Management for 1.5 years. They are hard to get a hold of if you have an issue. They advertised professional services and landscaping. They have 2 guys that mow the lawn and blow dirt under my door once a week and weed wack my flowers when I ask them not to. They have one maintenance guy on their "professional maintenance team" who is overworked and too busy to come over.
