Great customer service I loved them
I usually do not leave bad reviews but the attitude of the lady I dealt with today, was horrible. Her tone was not welcoming over the phone while taking my app. I asked to speak with a manager, she said both were not there. So, in the middle of taking my info, I told her I changed my mind because her attitude was not pleasant. She acted as if I was bothering her. When you’re dealing with the public, you need to have a better attitude than what I’ve experienced today.
Ms Heather and Candance were amazing so much help and sweet I would recommend them to everyone!!
