This a great family oriented club with a great family that owns and operates it! I highly recommend it to those looking for a locally owned and operated club.

I have been a member of this gym for about 10 years now. The thing that has kept me coming back over the years is the friendliness and encouraging atmosphere, and the feeling that this is a place Every Body, regardless of fitness, hair dye, or anything else, can come get fit. I have loved going here and feel a sense of belonging every time I come.
