Homeless people (male and female) sleep on apartment stairs at night on apartment A next to bus stop and D per other tentants especially during winter times as its lacks fencing and door locks for entry/exit control. Not a secret as tenants have been told by management to call the police when that happens. Wont recommend if you are worried about personal safety.

Parking is the worst at this complex.if you want a parking space you have to go and get a handicap sign permit or have a motorcycle so be prepared to walk far with your groceries or put them on bench in front of your building you live in.

This is by far the most unprofessional Apartment complex I have ever attempted to apply to live . I say attempted because on multiple occasions I have came to the Rental office during the normal business hours from 10a.m to 4:30 pm and each time I come it's never opened. How can you apply to love if you can never reach the complex manager. I have even left multiple voicemails that have not been returned within the last two months .
