We highly recommend the Liberty Inspection Group. We had Christopher Burns who did an inspection on a property we are very interested in. He was punctual, highly professional and explained to us what he was doing as we went through the house. The report came very promptly, and contained additional useful information. Similarly, our interaction with the office when we were setting up the inspections was very smooth, both scheduling and payment.

I loved the seamless online process of booking the inspection. We had an inspection done at our house (we are selling) our inspector vincent claimed we had a back up in our basement floor drain because there was water in it...its a trap, there is suppose to be water in it. he claimed we had water damage to our washer/dryer platforms, they are stained with laundry soap. claimed our toilets were loose, which they are not, they were inspected afterwards by a MASTER PLUMBER! he also said there was a 12 gauge wire hooked into a 30 amp breaker, it was 10 gauge and correct and the 2 neutral wi... read more
