This dealership promised to “pay off my current lease to my 2017 G 80 When I least my new 2019 G 80. They never paid off the loan on the first car which put me in jeopardy regarding my credit rating. It has been impossible to get a hold of the finance department at this dealership and I have had absolutely no assistance from their finance department since October 2019. I totally regret using this dealership. Things are still not resolved, phone calls not returned..... you get the picture I would stay away!

Absolutely horrible. Went for an oil change with an appointment. Took 1 hour 45 mins. Go to leave blocked in by a car in the parking lot go back in almost slip on the floor. Get someone to move the car first set of keys wrong has to go back in to get other set. Get in my car. Seats moved mirrors moved. Change the oil don’t mess with my stuff.
