Be very wary of this organization. They are the only game in town---and they wield terrible power. The directors of this non profit make over 200k a year. It is important for their survival that they maintain a position of dominance in the area. They are constantly self promoting and ingratiating themselves in Salem community where they have little competition. If I could give less then 1 star I would. This place is an absolute joke. They say “ please feel free to call with any questions or concerns” then turn around and send you an e-mail from their legal team restricting you from trying to make contact with them or going on their property due to “harassment”.
Be very wary of this organization. They are the only game in town---and they wield terrible power. If you have children or know of children that are going to be interviewed by this organization, please print off this review. Bring it to DHS or any other organization that is advocating using Liberty House and demand that you use another organization. They have little training in false allegations and parental alienation. Liberty House is an integral part of shaping Salem, the 2nd largest city in Oregon. As we navigate through the 21st Century, all eyes are on the youth in our community to partner with their physical and emotional needs. Show them strong roles models and birth parents will ensure stable adults.
