The doctor I dealt with in the ER very rude bedside manner was it worth a you know
1 star for the billing department and the billing department only. Honestly, super frustrated. Had an ER visit last year and they put in the wrong billing address. We have always paid our bill as soon as the statement arrives in the mail. I’ve never had a problem with Liberty Clinics or when I had my daughter at Liberty in 2022. Amazing is an understatement! I had a stent put in at another hospital, after 3 day of severe symptoms and being dismissed by the other hospital I decided to travel to Liberty Hospital desperate for help! From moment one, I was acknowledged, was understood and treated like I mattered! After a short while in the ER I was admitted overnight and a new stent was installed the very next afternoon. It’s 4:46pm on a Thursday, I came in around 11pm -12pm because I had three seizures in a row. I wait about 3 hours in the er before they give me a room. They take me up to floor seven where I have this his helpful and kind man helping me, as I’m in the room I have a seizure. Mind you I’m aware throughout the seizure, I hear this female nurse or whatever she is, telling the man that I’m faking. She’s laughing and saying they’re not gonna wake the doctor up for someone who’s faking, I was hurt. I came here for help and support... read more
Second amazing experience here. Last winter they promptly took care of my kiddo after an ice skating injury and today they took my concerns very seriously with my visit to the ER for back pain & chest tightness. They were very thorough and kind, timely, they listened to me, and made me feel validated for getting checked out.. just a great experience. Special thanks to Dr Rodenberg and my nurse, Madison L for their care and kindness!
