When my wife was released to receive hospice home care St. Luke's Hospice was the service we were connected with. St. Luke's Hospice's nurse only came once per week. We were so dissatisfied with St. Luke's Hospice that we contacted Liberty Hospice. Liberty Hospice's nurse came to our house three times per week, we were given all the necessary equipment and supplies we needed As my wife's condition declined the nursing staff was helpful 7in showing which meds to give and when to give it. Well....if your loved one has a terminal illness....DO NOT use this home health agency! If there was a way to give a 0 star rating, I would!! My father was just "discharged" from their care because he is paralyzed and therefore won't be able to "set or meet goals". Really? How about we are paying for the services rendered to my father. My father is a veteran....from Vietnam until 2007. Has ALS as a result of his time in service and what he was exposed to.
