Was told by the Liberty Pain Management Center that I could not use cash to pay my bill, I HAD to use insurance. Funny my cash says "This Note Is Legal Tender For All Debts Public and Private". Guess Liberty Hospital is not part of the United States??
PLEASE DON'T GO HERE....Take the time to read this review to see why. My father passed away at Liberty Hospital 11/20/23, I wouldn't send my worst enemy here, as a nurse of over 21 years. I'm about to detail the final days of his life so you don't experience the same. Consult with interventional radiology
RecommendedJust had an ACDF with Dr Michael Rhee. He is a fantastic neurosurgeon and did a great job before during and after surgery. Care was remarkable in ALL departments...pre-surgery, surgery, and post surgery. Hopefully I won’t need medical care in the future but if I do will trust Liberty Hospital.
I just wanted to Express how amazing my week has been at liberty hospital. I came in on Sunday July 14th in labor. I came on around 8pm and had the most amazing nurse Chelsea. In L&D she was absolutely amazing. She was so personal and took great care of me and my husband. made us laugh and we were very grateful a nurse payed so much attention to us. Besides my own ridiculously disgusting contact with some of your staffing, maybe get some more considerate nurses with better bedside manner. I know you'll delete this comment, but you guys provide minimal care to anyone not critically ill, and even then you fail them. I spent two hours in a room with a client, dying, and not one person approached her room, asked who I was, or checked on her once. She died that night. Thanks for that "compassionate, personalized care".
CLEAN ROOMS MOOR OFTEN AND TOTAL CLEANING ,NOT JUST TRASH. GERMS SPREAD EASILY IF NOT CLEAN AND NEED MORE KNOWABLE STAFF .
Liberty Hospital really had me fooled. I walked in at 34 weeks pregnant excited to see smiling faces ready to tour the birthing center. When the big delivery day came I went in with confidence thinking everyone will have read my birth plan and will be ready to help me through my expectations.
