Liberty doesn't even deserve one star. They are the absolute worst quality house I've ever seen. You can hear just about every sound no matter where you are in the house, and every sound from outside, which means your neighbors can almost certainly hear you as well. The poor quality craftsmanship of their contractors is purely abysmal. After 6 years of living in a newly built Liberty home, there are so many nail pops and areas where the drywall seams show, and we've had to re-caulk/re-seal around every sink and tub. You dont find out how good a company is really until something goes wrong. I am a real estate agent of 33 years and have represented buyers working with many builders through that time. On a recent sale where I was representing buyer clients with Liberty Homes, a completely unexpected and rather large issue arose. The homes look beautiful but are cheaply made. We had several issues within 2 months of moving into our new construction Liberty home. We tried calling and emailing about the issues several times but never received any response. We would never buy a Liberty home again.
