Liberty builds a great quality home. I have seen some other builders work for track homes and I am really impressed by Libertys quality and care in their work.
I have lived in my townhome that was built by Liberty Homes for the past 6 1/2 years. And I have never had a single warranty claim. And have never had to have anything fixed. And I have received multiple compliments on the quality of work. And the overall look. I’m in the process of selling it. And the inspection came back with no fixes. That’s how well my townhome was built. I’m really gonna miss living here.
I was a bit nervous to work with Liberty because I had read the reviews and definitely didn't want to file claims with issues. To give some background, we bought a new construction townhome from another competitor and we had a few issues some of which they were fighting to not fix. I didn't want to worry about that. Working with Liberty Homes was the best! I had an idea for a custom hood and Bryce was able to make it happen! We also wanted to do a custom “super shower” that they did easily. He was great through the whole process too. From the beginning sending updates with digging and completing the foundation to the middle letting us know the order of things getting completed inside the home until the end with all the little touches during the final walk through. We loved our experience with liberty homes! We worked with Bryce Rowland and he was so incredible to work with. He made sure we stayed up to date with the whole process, was super flexible with our wishes, and always quick to respond! We loved going to the design center and felt supported picking out all of the details of our home. The entire process was such an enjoyable experience to watch the progress of our home being built!
