Since moving into the townhome in March, we’ve encountered numerous issues. Now, the construction work has become an everyday occurrence, causing significant disruptions. The construction blocks off access to the entire property, forcing my husband to park in the bank. The situation has become increasingly ridiculous, and Liberty Homes seems indifferent to the inconvenience it’s causing.
Horrible. We were promised that the construction wouldn't interfere much with our parking and that absolutely has not been the case with no help from them. We are inconvenienced daily and even after so many complaints we only get lip service with no action. Superintendent isn't helpful, HOA does nothing to help. Today i came home unable to access my house at all and my neighbor had been sitting there for 15 minutes and they just ignored her. Move here if you want a horrible experience and an ok home.
The builder grade options fat exceeded expectations and they were so collaborative on helping us find the exact feel we wanted in our home. They have been attentive and supportive through the process and the home is amazing and beautiful!!
This is our second home purchase, and working with Rilee was fantastic. She was always available and quick to answer our questions.
