Employees are NOT self motivated. The whole time they are in your home they are on their phones. I asked one aide to do dishes and she stacked the cups so they couldn't dry. They are there for 3 hours and do nothing. My carpet has been vacuumed twice in about 4 to 6 months. Absolutely no dusting done. Kitchen and hall tile swept twice. You get a different person frequently.
