Liberty Hill is a beautiful cemetery full of history. We laid my brother to rest there recently and everyone has been helpful at the City. The review below is highly unfair as no one can police a cemetery to make sure people dont walk through. The City Rules state pets are not allowed and you're not allowed to leave objects so the 1 star review isnt fair. The City has also invested heavily in new work here and there are community groups that get together to keep the Cemetery looking beautiful. We love where we found the rest... read more
Acworth takes "re of it well!I have never had problem with my husband's flowers being thrown away! It would be nice if others would keep their love ones grave with newer flowers,I see a lot of flowers discovered or falling apart. Any problem I have ever had the City Hall is GREAT! People use this place as a running track or to walk their pets. I have witness people steal flowers from there. And the city throws away your things that you leave for your loved ones. Ex. Toys, flowers, vases, small statues, or whatever isnt up to their liking. Vandalism also happens here often.
