I’ve lived here comfortably for over 14 years. On April 9, 2025, I received my lease renewal and they want to increase my rent for and 12 month by nearly 3x the amount increase from last year's renewal amount. That's the minimum amount at that!!! The only update I've received during my time here was 2 kitchen light fixtures and scones on the wall in my dining area. I've always passed every inspection they've given without any difficulties. Recently renewed my lease term, also successfully referred my friend to sign up a lease.. But recent interactions with the leasing office staff regarding my maintenance requests which are being closed without anyone showing up is really unacceptable.. 4 maintenance requests from June 24th were closed without being addressed.. though I walked in and raised my concern and created a new request since previous ones were closed, they went ahead and closed that one too within a few hours without nobody showing up.. finally a combi... read more
Living here has been disheartening. It’s been stressful and anxiety ridden. Random fees will be tacked on to your account with no explanation and threaten to not accept your next months rent. No matter how many times I emailed or called, this issue was continuously put off while they kept increasing and decreasing the “additional fees” owed.
