Do NOT rent here — complete disregard for tenants! I want to warn anyone considering these apartments: do NOT move in here. The apartments are old, poorly maintained, and unsafe, and the management office is extremely unprofessional and rude. Recently, while I was not at home, the management sent a maintenance worker to enter my apartment without my consent. They moved my personal furniture, disconnected wiring, left dirt everywhere from outdoor shoes, and even left tools behind. This is a serious violation of my privacy, sa... read more

So we had about 14 inches of snow 3 days ago but this is the outer snow belt so the complex should be prepared to take necessary action especially since this is advertised as a “luxury” apartment complex. Three days later, you can see by the photos we have 8+ inches in spots and apparently we “luxury” residents should be expected to shovel your own parking spot. This is on top of astronomical year over year rate increases, typically $150+ a year, so this is the level of service we get for a $1700 a month apartment. When you ... read more
