We have been living in this community for just over two months. The community is well maintained. The main reason we rate at one star is that the resident above use, pounds all day long, the ceiling/floors must be paper thin, or the tenant above us just does not care about anyone else besides themselves. We have notified the office at least five times and the afterhours security three time and they only responded twice to our request, with no results. I was scheduled for a virtual tour today at 11am, and about 45 mins before- I got an email asking for “recent pay stubs and my Drivers License” before the tour could commence. Now, the ID I could understand if I was in person, but not for a FaceTime tour on my iPhone. I have toured 4 other properties this week virtually, and none of them have asked for anything beyond basic information. I don’t know about all of these negative reviews. Maintenance has always been on point. Anytime I’ve needed anything, phone calls answered or returned quickly. I have no pests and they routinely come out to check and service . My new cabinets done in one day and the installer actually came out to see how I liked them. They are beautiful. Superb service. I am unclear of these negative reviews. If your hall is dirty is because you dirtied it , clean up after yourselves you don’t have personal attendants. It infuriates me the ... read more
The worst place to live all due to the manager Kenny. He is a bully, and he goes into the apartment without asking. He will act nice when you meet him then you will see his true colors. Kenny also has a very bad temper.
love it here, moved here almost a year ago and can say that this place is awesome the staff is great. the staff is great/ maintenance is on point. the ground are well kept and could be better if the tenants here would pick up the poop from their dog, there are waste basket and poop bags provided so there is no need to leave their poop. love the amenities that we have and again it could be better if the tenants here would follow the rules. there are always people that mess it up for everyone else. The worst place you could possibly rent from. They charge an obscene amount of money for very outdated apartments. There was an extremely high turnover rate with office staff (huge red flag) and were some of the rudest people I have ever interacted with. I was yelled at and asked to leave the office because they “thought” my service dog didn’t have a leash, when there are 2 leashes and a handle attached to his vest & collar at all times. Worse apartment experience ever. This is an understatement. We are currently speaking with legal representatives on moveout charges as someone else has already stated. Carpet was replaced and we were charged for it while we have proof that they did not even clean before replacing. I have contacted numerous times for proof that it was cleaned before replacing. It is not okay to replace carpet that was NOT beyond normal wear and tear. Would not recommend staying here unless you are not worried about being discriminated against... read more

My experience with Legacy has been nothing short of pure pleasure. Denise Oates maintained a wonder personality she was easy to talk to. The apartments and grounds are well kept. The tour by Denise made us feel right at home. All our questions or concerns were addressed in a timely and very professional manner. Denise made sure we were well informed through out our transition process. We are excited to move in our new home. Thank you so much Denise for making our dreams a reality.
