Do Not Live Here – Heed this warning !! The staff here smile to your face but the truth is they are evil people! (Except Kathryn) The place is a mess with aggravation at every turn. You do not want to live here !!! – I will speak to you as honestly as I can. I lived here and I will tell you that everything you have read up to this point is as close to the truth as you can get from a one sided conversation. The staff is inept at best. The units are in such disrepair that they are at the point of no return. Wall repairs are visible everywhere. They use a paint that comes off when you rub up against it. Not bad living – If you are a couple, its not 60 days free, its 50% off. If you do not leave by the 63rd day, you are stuck in the lease. As I had rep after rep say everything was fine and such when we reported in each time that my wife was laid off, then her mom got very ill. We moved less than 1 month after 60 days were up, and knowing full well our situation they only care about 1 thing. Their money. Avoid, go to some other place – Goldberg company managing Liberty Hill is a big crook, they will be nice to you once you get there but make your life miserable if you have move out sooner. Due to job I had to move out of town and hence break lease. I paid what they said I should I owe for lease breakage and then 2 weeks after their collection calls and says that I owe another ~$1K and threatening to screw up my credit if I do not pay up. unsafe, over priced, run by jerks – If you are considering renting an apartment here, keep looking. The management company is inept and rude. It is their policy to screw their tenants out of money. Don't bother calling their managers, they are just as rude and unethical. This complex has more dogs per square foot than a puppy mill, which is bad whether you like dogs or not. They will cut your pocket without your knowledge – This apartment is very bad.They dont care for any repairs that need to be done.But which is not a existent problem they come and do it and charge for it(hundreds of dollers).We are not owners of the apartment but becoz we have a lease.And staff they laugh at ur face when u try to tell some thing.Very rude people on earth.
Very Angry Tenant – The location is great because it's close to the mall, Wal-Mart, Petco and many more stores. Most of the staff care about what they do and your problems. The reason I rated the Pine Ridge Apts. so low is due to an ongoing issue I have with the apartment I'm currently residing in. Love My Community – I have lived at Liberty Hill Apartments for a few years now and wouldn't live anywhere else. The maintenance staff and office personnel are fantastic and offer excellent customer service. My family and I love the pool area in the summer and the community has a cook out/ pool party every year. I would highly reccommend this community. With all of the ammenities, you can't beat the price.
