Sam is super responsive and incredibly thorough when he explains things. Our HVAC system finally quit and needed replaced. We had 4 different companies come out and quote between a Friday-Saturday. I was able to send Sam pictures on Friday and he gave me a rough estimate, then he came and diagnosed the system on Sunday. He quoted us a better system at a lower price than Vogel, Academy, Hoffman, etc. Highly recommend and he treats you like a neighbor - because he is one! Sam and his team at Liberty did an amazing job and FAST! We went from zero AC to full AC with an all new system (after half a dozen quotes and several companies saying they'd take days to install). They also cleaned up everything (more than they needed to as some of the mess was our fault). Great company!
I would not recommend this company to anybody. This guy changed the circuit board of our furnace last winter and since he has messed up with the wiring system, our A/C didn’t start up this summer. He did not want to test the AC after fixing circuit board because it was cold outside . But when we called him this summer, he avoided our calls and did not responded. Reach out for help on the weekend, and although he out of town I was told he'd get with me to schedule something as soon as he got back. Got a call first thing Monday morning and he made it out by Monday night. It was late for him, but made a world of difference for me. Listened to my concern, identified the problem, and had it fixed within 15 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to call Liberty again! Thanks Sam!
Sam did a great job installing a new furnace and AC system for me and did it in a timely manner. He was able to come for a quote and install a few days later. He gave me different options to choose from and was able to explain the different options thoroughly. Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
