My technician was punctual , did not over charge me and completed the repairs in a reasonable amount of time .
Terrible customer service, CLINT came to our house to fix AC issues, we explained we only wanted a diagnostic in which he originally diagnosed the problem as being low on Freon without even checking our Freon gauge. At the end of the service, I once again stated that I just wanted the diagnostic. He later asked for my card, and I got a alert stating he tried to charge me over 400 dollars instead of the diagnostic, after confronted, he explained that he already added 2 and a half pounds of the Freon but we had a THV valve iss... read more
