Turns out I’m not the only one dealing with their terrible behavior according to another recent review - I would never recommend such a crazy person into my home. Misty Evans, the woman driving the silver business car, just pulled out in front of me on Franklin while coming out of the Best Buy parking lot then flipped me off and brake checked me immediately after trying to get me to hit her for honking at her for nearly causing me to hit her. Our AC went out while On vacation and we came on the weekend to find out our house was up to 84°. We called Liberty Heat and Air and Brent answered on first try. (No weekend after hours out-of-country virtual assistant. Thankfully it was the owner himself.) He came out on a Sunday and got us up and running again fast. The idiot driving this vehicle, I am assuming the owner, “Brent” crossed a double yellow two lane road to speed around me on Boise Ave. going about 45 in a 30. Not sure why breaking the law, reckless driving, and putting the neighborhood in danger is necessary for an air conditioner repair?
I asked for a quote to clean my ac coil and check the refrigerant levels. The person I messaged was rude, poor communication, and the quote was astronomical (minimum $750)
