Robert is a great Director of Hearing. He has helped me get my hearing aid repaired and I am back in business. He is a great problem solver who really wants to help his patients. His work is exemplary. I highly recommend his services to everyone.
I have utilized Robert’s services for 9 years. He is a fabulous hearing specialist! He is very knowledgeable and identified the best hearing aids for me. He follows up with me regularly regarding any issues or questions I have with my hearing aids and quickly addresses any concerns providing easy solutions. He explains hearing issues very clearly. I’ve been seeing Robert for a year now, he has a genuine interest in making sure that I get the most from my hearing devices. I know I could have gotten my devices thru my insurance mail order but, I believe that I have gotten much better results here than over the internet, yes I have spent more money but, feel I got what I paid for.
Our recent experience with Liberty Hearing Aids Centers and Robert was nothing less than outstanding! My husband has severe hearing lost and his hearing aids were not working and he had a stroke at the same time the hearing aids failed.
