OMG - we were on vacation when my hearing aid stopped working. While driving toward Jacksonville my wife tried calling several times ”providers“ to no avail. Then she found Robert. He gave us directions to his location in St. Augustine, which was on our way, and within 5 minutes we were back on our way with everything working. A true professional and likely where I will go, even though it is three hours from home for future needs. Thanks again!! You made my day!!
Robert is a great Director of Hearing. He has helped me get my hearing aid repaired and I am back in business. He is a great problem solver who really wants to help his patients. His work is exemplary. I highly recommend his services to everyone.
I have utilized Robert’s services for 9 years. He is a fabulous hearing specialist! He is very knowledgeable and identified the best hearing aids for me. Our recent experience with Liberty Hearing Aids Centers and Robert was nothing less than outstanding! My husband has severe hearing lost and his hearing aids were not working and he had a stroke at the same time the hearing aids failed. Needless to say, the DRS had a very difficult task trying to communicate with my husband. I was referred to Robert.
