After trying OTC aids - which only amplified the levels I could hear and did nothing for my missing levels - I decided that I needed a professional. July 1st, 2026, was my first appointment with Robert. Immediately I felt at ease as he explained the steps involved in my journey. Professional, compassionate and explained each of my concerns in detail. I know I have chosen the right person to guide me. I highly recommend Robert - you will not be sorry.

I'm 67, I was totally terrified of going to a hearing doctor. I couldn't hear anything and it's been like that almost 10 years. Someone had mentioned him so I went within 5 minutes we were doing hearing tests and talking about hearing aids. I can't believe how kind and caring he was..( he really listened to me.) It's been like living in a different world since I got my hearing aids. I hear Everything ! Thankyou so much Dr. Robert, you changed my Life. I only wish I'd Met you sooner. Thank-you!

OMG - we were on vacation when my hearing aid stopped working. While driving toward Jacksonville my wife tried calling several times ”providers“ to no avail. Then she found Robert. He gave us directions to his location in St. Augustine, which was on our way, and within 5 minutes we were back on our way with everything working. A true professional and likely where I will go, even though it is three hours from home for future needs. Thanks again!! You made my day!!
