Not very good listeners, I had the misfortune to speak to a very rude and sarcastic Hispanic male. And you called this office to ask for help but there's nothing they can do for you!
This company is a disgrace. No follow up, lazy staff who could care less if you get help or not. ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW UP. I have been trying for three weeks and am at the same place I was when this process was started. Hell has a special place for these heartless lazy people!
