BEWARE!!! The intake workers here lied to my face about accepting my insurance. They even scanned my medical insurance card which they KNEW they could not use and never disclosed! My son was injured in a car wreck and we brought him here for treatment. Our auto PIP was used and exhausted so they should have claimed against my medical insurance after. This place is amazing!!!! From the doctors all the way down do the secretary everyone treats you like family and knows the process. Me and my wife recently got in a car wreck, and ever since my primary health care provider referred us to Liberty Healthcare in Garland, I can sleep better at night knowing these people will take care of me and actually care to take the extra minute and go the extra mile. Dr. Syvrud really cared about me. After being in a car accident, he checked every part of me to make sure I was okay. He also took x-rays of areas that were hurting. He gave me his cell phone number for the weekend and told me should I experience any more trouble to call him immediatley. I was surprised to see a bad review on this. I really thought this Liberty Health Care was a wonderful place. But, some people just can't be pleased, I guess.

Liberty Healthcare is great. The staff there is professional & caring. They made it really easy for me to get treatment b/c they dealt with the insurance company directly. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family who needed care. I am surprised to read any bad reviews... my entire experience was positive.

Do not recommend. As a physician with 20 years experience and inside information about this clinic, I know this chiro/rehab clinic has many problems. Although their Chiro Dr Syvrud is good enough, the clinic has HIPPA patient privacy violations for about 40 patients and they delay patient referrals. A patient there with a broken arm needed to see a orthopedist and they delayed the referral for 6 weeks. The staff is very slow and not really concerned with patient care. Beware this clinic!
