I had a bad experience with this company. My Amazon delivery date was changed, and I tried contacting them multiple times to see if it could be expedited, but I was unable to reach anyone. Because of the lack of customer service, I ended up ordering from another company instead. Even now, while trying to return the item, I couldn't get through to anyone. Based on my experience, I would recommend ordering from another company.

I ordered some wipes to clean my hearing aids with and they sent me spray instead of the wipes. you can not spray hearing aids with any liquid because it will mess them up and I emailed and asked them where my wipes was, and because I used captiol letters for the word wipes I got a angry email back from them saying I was clearly filled with rage because I used captiol letters for the word "WIPES" what kind of business are you conducting here to speak to someone who bought your product like that!? You were helpful with my problem, but I cannot use this appliance. I cannot find a charger compatible with my hearing aids. I would like to return the product.
