first visit the salesman was wonderful but made a human error. they gave me the wrong size ammo for my handgun. i didn't know until at the range my gun kept jamming. when i took the ammo back they were very apologetic and traded a full box for the correct. then the box that had been used gave me an item i needed instead of more practice ammo because they were out of my caliber. i am very pleased with the customer service!
