Danica and Tim at the leasing office are absolutely amazing, they’re always so friendly and made our move in a smooth, stress free process. The apartments as well are beautiful and we love living here!
Tim and Danica are the best property managers ! They’re attentive, kind, and helpful! From the second we walked in to tour to the second we got the keys, they were every step of the way. Tim even helped us with a move in offer! Once we did move in and saw an issue with the dishwasher they installed, Danica instantly set up an appointment to get it fixed and sent someone that day! I am living in Denmark and I have visited University of Utah in the period March-June 2025. I was very lucky to find accommodation at Liberty Gateway for my stay. I really, really enjoyed living there; I highly recommend! I moved in about a month ago, and I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The neighborhood is great: quiet but still well-connected. I love the easy access to Trax and how close we are to the Gateway area. Rent does have a competitive price when compared to other places. Monthly fees are about 190 bucks, which is lower than several other places I've seen. The application and move-in process were smooth and straightforward.
