Lived here for 2 years and it was a very nice, hassle free experience overall. I'd describe these apartments as having everything you really need and nothing you don't. Pros: 1) Location - With regular events happening right in front of the community at the gateway, multiple concert venues within walking distance and other things to do nearby, the location is quite nice. We were recommended by a friend to visit the place and we simply fell in love with it. The spaces, the various apartment options. The common areas are clean and spacious, they are pet friendly. At all times Josie has been very kind and attentive to us. Now we live here, and we are very happy.

Moving out now after staying here for a year, and my time has had its ups and downs. First off I’ll start by saying that management has been great, despite the new faces that I’ve seen in my time. I lived at Liberty Gateway four years ago, and while the location is great—right in the heart of downtown with restaurants, a splash pad, and a theater within walking distance, and only about 7 minutes from Freeway 15—the experience turned out to be a nightmare. The quality of the materials used in the apartments is terrible. Everything is prone to breaking, and you’ll find yourself constantly dealing with maintenance issues.
