Terrible service and communication with the client. The manager said on the phone that they work until 6 pm, I came to pick up the car at 5:30 pm, and they were already closed. I communicated with Alex. I won't be surprised if you write back to me saying that you don't have an employee with that name.

I’ve been visiting this dealership for service and attempted vehicle purchases since 2017, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. The only reason I brought my 2023 Bronco here for service was because it’s minutes from my house. Every single time I came in, there was an issue, and nothing was ever done correctly—not even basic tasks like topping off windshield washer fluid.
