I’ve been visiting this dealership for service and attempted vehicle purchases since 2017, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. The only reason I brought my 2023 Bronco here for service was because it’s minutes from my house. Every single time I came in, there was an issue, and nothing was ever done correctly—not even basic tasks like topping off windshield washer fluid. AB is life saver! He made sure I got up out that Kia I was in. I went home and he was still working to get me in what I wanted IN MY BUDGET which was very important to me! The worst. The most indifferent & rude, service I've ever encountered. If you have to buy a Ford, please do yourself a favor and shop one of the many other dealers in metro Cleveland.
