It went as expected, which is why I continue to come back.
David did a fantastic job of fitting me in on short notice and doing the repairs on my van. My only concern is that I was told on the phone after the repairs had been completed that the cost was $550. I went online and printed off several coupons that should have reduced my bill by $50 yet when I paid my bill the amount was $590 or $40 more than what I was told and it doesn't appear that I received a discount for the coupons that I provided. Late Friday afternoon I called enquiring about service on my Escape's A/C. I left a voice mail, as agents were busy. When we finally connected, I was able to go in that evening, at 9 PM; the service was completed at 11 PM, with a complimentary car wash. (It would be nice if they could also vacuum the vehicle.)
The Service Department is top notch. James has always been wonderful and easy to work with. The team is quick and efficient.
I am from Silverton but Bring my vehicle to Landmark Ford for service. Steve Moralez with the gold team takes excellent care of me and is always very accommodating.

Didn't feel that cashier was the person that should give me the results of the visit, but I appreciate her honesty and information. I truly miss Kyle and his hands on updates and information on my vehicle. I have requested a team change to Gold. Thank you.
