I am leaving this review to address a deeply unprofessional, rude, and uncompassionate encounter with one of your drivers. We have video documentation of this interaction, which was entirely unacceptable. The driver was openly hostile to my wife. When confronted, they admittedly claimed they acted this way because they assumed she was angry about being passed on the road earlier. If I could rate this business 0 stars, I would. My father just passed away, and an out-of-state coworker kindly ordered sympathy flowers for my grieving mother.The delivery was completely disgraceful. Instead of a respectful delivery to the door, the flowers were literally shoved into our hands in the middle of the road.
