Unfortunately, I have to change my review from 5* to 2* after some happenstances in the last few months. We were charged several overdraft fees (8) in a 2 week period for insignificant charges from October 18th-November 2nd. Liberty First doesn't allow us to block charges from going through, or allow easy wire transfers from an online bank, so there was no way to avoid this. We attempted to talk to a representative - Crystal - on the phone, and she was completely unwilling to help, simply stating that it is "policy" and okay... read more
Total incompetence. Do not do business here. You will wait forever for someone to help you, and frankly they never get to you. The drive thru line went 20 minutes, and not a single car moved today. I finally just left. I'm closing my accounts here on Monday. Absolutely clueless and incompetent!
Was treated poorly at this branch.
A complete waste of time trying to get an auto loan here. Lack of communication through the entire process only to get denied with an 800+ credit score. Made a stressful situation of being without a car even worse.
