I just want to give a shout out to Tanya, Ethan and Aaron, they went way above to help me out, between the three of them they managed to get my problem taken care of. I love being a member of liberty first and I would like those three to be commended for what they have done for me now.
Shawna went to bat for me and hit a bottom of the ninth grand slam. I had issues getting the correct information for proof of insurance for my vehicle loan through Liberty First. It ended with me getting $2,600 added to my loan since there appeared to be no insurance (not the case). I tried several times to provide the documentation, but had communication issues with my insurance company. Accidentally repossessed my truck because of a clerical error. Admitted to the error and then Lied about helping me get my truck back . I made all the phone calls myself for three days. And then the loan officer that apologized for making the error lied about it when I had the sheriff investigate for compensation. Told me he was done with me and gave me The bank’s lawyer’s phone number. Like I gotta pay for something that somebody else did wrong to my truck. Nice bank.
AJ was so awesome. Very pleasant and patient. Total pleasure working with him.
