Initially, we were told 3 weeks wait time. At 3 weeks when they didn't show, I called and was told it would be another 2 weeks. Today, they were scheduled to set posts and nobody ever showed. I also never got a call explaining why not and had to call them as I've done this entire process. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE. She tried to push me off another week, but were tired of waiting and not being communicated with when there's an issue. Sad because they seem to do great work around my neighborhood. Couldn’t even show up for the free estimate. Took my husband and I 4 phone calls and an hour and a half of wasted day to get told no one was coming. Absolute waste of time.
