Been here for Years. I would stay anywhere else, I would. Water is off/No pressure at least 2 months out of the year. someone else's pipes brake by freezing in winter everyone is off for repaire's. Has been going on for years. Just came on to new management Never meet them, office hours say one thing, there just about always gone. Lot rent is High. Started of slow then has gone up hundreds. year over year. O and don't buy trailers, unless you like losing.

Try to fine you for every little thing. Put notices on your door as they're leaving for the day saying they're issuing fines first thing in the morning. Office managers never know what they are doing. They won't repair the roads or fix anything that's been broken for years.

There are many things that needed to be done in this park many many problems and since Stacy and Brianna have been here the problems are being resolved the first manager in the 16 years that I have been here that actually listens cares and resolves the problem if they can number one there was a tree that had been struck by lightning and was Hollow when I told her about it she put it on the list to be cut down and it was cut down number two big problem with sewer smell in my house for 16 years only one manager cared enough to... read more

Since the new owners purchased the park in 2024 they have completed an amazing amount of maintenance in this park. We have an honest, professional office staff the treats everyone with courtesy and respect. There is absolutely no game playing in the office like there was in previous years in this park. That in itself is so refreshing. Anytime I have had an issue now it has been handled in a timely manner rather than being put off or ignored like the previous park owners tended to do.
