This is by far the wrist ran business I’ve ever seen in my life! Completely unprofessional office personal. You will be told completely different answers to solve an issue by literally both lady’s that run that office. One will tell you one thing than when you call back ( if they answer the phones and you don’t get sent to some none speaking over seas call center)the other lady tells you the opposite. The manager of the trailer park she is very rude does not have no respect for anybody I've been trying to move in there she keeps on making up reasons Santa trailers rented Britney is very nice woman when you talk to her she she cares a lot but the other woman she does not answer the phones so I would think twice about renting from that place or buying they took my $50 for my application fee told me and my wife were not approved and she don't know why we make enough money I guess we weren't up to her standards I'm a handicap... read more
DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! NO ON SITE MANTAINANCE. EXPENSIVE LOT RENT (800+) POOR WATER QUALITY POORLY MAINTAINED ROADS CONSTANT WATER SHUT OFFS AND BOIL ADVISORIES
Lot rent is over priced. Over 800, before including the mobile home price. Youll be paying more than an actual house mortage living there. The water is consistently on a boil advisory.
